Cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the event. After this date refunds will only be made if the vacancy can be re-filled.
Refunds are given for individual Green Fees with a minimum of two days cancellation notice prior to the tee time. Please call the Pro-Shop or Club Office to cancel. When it is necessary to close the course due to severe weather or unplayable conditions, refunds are given. If a round has not been fully completed a credit vou cher for holes not played will be provided for a future booking or at the Club's discretion a partial refund may be given.
Deposits to secure a group booking are non-refundable. At the club's discretion a deposit may be transferred to a new booking if re-booked within 4 months of the original date.
Final confirmed numbers, for both golf and catering must be confirmed 7 days prior to the day. Should numbers reduce on the day from the final confirmed number, a reduction in the total cost will be at the discretion of the Club.
Deposits to secure a private event in the clubhouse are non-refundable. Unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Club, final confirmed numbers attending must be confirmed 7 days prior to the day. A reduction in the final confirmed number will be charged at 50% of the catering cost. Any further reduction in the numbers attending given with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full fee.
Where an event does not detail a specific cancellation policy, refunds will be made only if 24 hours notice has been given. Cancellations on the day will be charged at 50% of the event price.
Refunds to members ‘top ups’ on bar cards are only made if requested in writing within 48 hours of the top up.
