Refund Policy

Refunds are only made for Open Competitions if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the competition.

Refunds are only made for Green Fees if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the booking.

Refund deposits for Societies are only made if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the booking.

Any cancellation of society numbers breakfast, lunches or meals must be received more than 48 hours in advance of the event to not be charged.

Refunds to members ‘top ups’ on bar cards are only made if requested in writing within 48 hours of the top up.

Refunds are only made for Social Events if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event.

Refunds for Function bookings are only made if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event.

Any cancellation of catering must be received more than 48 hours in advance.
